What shirt brand do you print on?
All Dope Village standard t-shirts are printed on Bella Canvas brand tees, unless otherwise stated.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from Small - 3XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are unisex tees and run big. Women should order one size down from their regular size. Ladies cut tees are available upon request for custom orders.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use both vinyl, screen printing, and heat transfer processes.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade after being washed but have been designed for lots of wash and wear. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
How do I care for my shirt?
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
ORDERING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
Custom Orders require that you submit the Custom Order Form.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Sorry. We currently only ship within the United States.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up: and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders. No exceptions.
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to see the photo of the sizing chart or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at hey.dopevillagetees@gmail.com for further information.
All our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
If a customer’s order is returned to us due to them not claiming their package, multiple delivery attempts made, etc. The customer is responsible for paying the reship fee for them to receive their item. If not, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
We print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. CUSTOM ORDERS
How do I place a custom order?
We love custom orders! You can place your initial order on DopeVillageTees.com and submit the Order Form which can be found here.
Once an order is placed, Dope Village Tees will contact you within 24 hours with any further questions. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided and must be paid prior to work starting on your order. Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days.
Can I see how my custom order will look before placing a full order?
Our Custom Orders include a Mock-up Service to allow potential customers to see what their final product will look like, before placing an order. Mock-ups are digital representatives of physical products. Due to their digital nature, colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly.
Mock-up services cost a small nominal fee of $8 for time and will be invoiced prior to placing a full order. Once paid, the mock-up will be created and provided to the customer within 48 hours for review.
Only one set of modification is included in the mock-up pricing. Mock-ups must be approved prior to production begins.
The mock-up fee will be applied to the customer's final invoice if an order is placed. If an order is not placed, the mock-up fee is non-refundable.
What method will be used to print my custom items?
Depending on the garment or item we’ll use we use vinyl, screen printing, sublimation and heat transfer processes.
Payments for Custom Orders
Dope Village Tees will invoice through Square to the email address supplied on the order form within 24 hours of the mock-up approval. Full payment and mock-up approval are required and must be received before production begins on your custom order. Once payment is received Dope Village Tees will begin work on your order!

What is the turnaround time to complete a custom order?
We strive to complete all orders within 5-7 business days once payment is made in full. We take pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want it – so please understand that custom and bulk orders may require a slightly longer turnaround time.
What if I need my Custom order in less than 5-7 business days?
Any order requested to be complete and delivered in less than 5-7 business days is considered a rush order. A 15% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well.
What about the pricing for bulk orders?
Your initial order should indicate the quantity of custom items needed. Dope Village Tees will determine if your order qualifies for bulk pricing and will adjust your price quote/invoice accordingly.
Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days.
